  • WOMAN - Departamento de Quejas, ¿En qué puedo ayudarle?
  • MAN - Tengo problemas con todos los artículos de mi pedido. La computadora es más lenta que mi computadora vieja. La camisa blanca está sucia, y el pantalón es demasiado corto. La silla es muy pequeña. Es una silla para niños. La botella de vino está vacía y toda la caja está mojada con el vino.
  • WOMAN - Lo siento mucho, señor. ¿Quiere un reembolso de su dinero?
  • MAN - Claro que sí.

The following pictures illustrate problems that the man had. Use the words provided to write a sentence each problem. Add a form of the verb ser (es/son) or estar (está/están) and make the adjective agree in gender and quantity (singular/plural) with the noun. Don't forget to use correct capitalization, accents and punctuation, or the computer will mark it as incorrect.
